Summary
“Come on, Henry! I’ve spent all night taking care of that piss-head, and didn’t get the chance to greet a single girl. A wedding without a proper hump? It’s like a nightwatch without a torch. Cold, long, lonely, and you might as well sleep through it!”
“If anyone’s meant to have a hump tonight, it’s your sister and Olda. Not you and some poor wine-soaked maid.”
“Oi! Keep my sister out of your mouth!” Svatya shoved him playfully. It still caused Henry to stumble half a step back. If it was the wine or the guards inability to measure his strength, he wasn’t sure. “Also I veme—veve? vene... vehemently disagree. If I’m to head back out there and talk to those stuck up noble pricks and be all polite and shit, I need a thorough fuck beforehand. Otherwise I might get into another brawl and my sister will never let me hear the end of it.”

Summary
In which a pampered noble gets humbled by life and his bodyguard, and now must learn how to survive, work, and maybe even fall in love — one mishap at a time.
Or, in short, an alternative take on KCD2, in which the whiny lord didn't leave us (or he tried to, but failed miserably).

"Shall we?”
“We? What d’you mean, we?”
“I mean exactly what I said, you pedantic peasant.” Capon smirks, pleased at his own wordplay, though the smile doesn’t touch the uncertainty in his eyes. “I’ve had more than enough of sitting on my arse. If Zizka’s sending you somewhere, I’m going with you.”
Hans Capon and his squire ride out side by side to track down Hynek the Dry Devil's old band. It'll be just like old times: wine, women, and song. Surely neither of them have changed since they set out from Rattay to deliver a message together. Surely their ironclad bond of friendship isn't starting to crack and give way to new, tender feelings neither of them have the words or inclination to describe.
It's simple brotherly affection that makes them so loathe to leave each other's side, even for a moment. Right?

Summary
To Henry, Hans is a young, foolish nobleman whom he’s been forced to serve. Yet, he also sees that there is a soul weighed down by the burden of future duties, but with a nonetheless good heart and adventurous exuberance underneath that immature exterior. Is this why Henry feels this pull towards him, so much stronger than anything he has ever felt for any woman?
To Hans, Henry is a lowly son of a blacksmith whom he’s been forced to take charge of. Yet, he also sees a man who is dutiful almost to a fault, but still so brave and kind and gentle despite all the things he has faced or been ordered to do. Is this the source of his weird attraction that makes Henry such a welcomed nuisance?
Or: an exploration into what would happen if Henry and Hans figured out their feelings for each other much sooner.

Summary
After the Siege of Suchdol is brought to an end, Henry and Hans work out where exactly they've left things with each other.
.
Stepping over the threshold into the bedchamber and bolting the door behind him, a shudder wracks through him, explodes in his veins like birds startling from treetops into air. It is impossible for his body to ignore the echo of the desperate hour they passed together here on the eve of the last battle. The memory hangs in every shadow. Each floorboard knows the rhythm of their battered, beating hearts.
