Summary
Ever since Jimin could remember, he's been both fascinated by and terrified of the stars above him at night. The cosmos has gobbled up and stolen away anyone that has ever meant anything to him. He's never not been caught between being awestruck by what could be out there -- and in fear of what he knows is.
But unlike Jimin, who always kept his feet firmly on the ground, Jungkook belonged up there, in the stars. Afraid Jungkook, too, would be swallowed right up, Jimin kept his oldest friend tethered to the old, decaying Earth that lay dying right under their feet. Crops failed, people wasted away, and Jimin was prepared to meet extinction with grace and dignity.
All of it changed when Jungkook decided he simply could not go gentle into that good night, the day the astronauts came to their sleepy, seaside town.

Summary
It's the hottest day yet of 1999, one of the hottest summers on record to date. The rains have already started, and that means summer is soon coming to a close. Normally, Jimin would welcome the coming of fall because he hates the wet muggy heat, the scorching sun, and all of the insecurities and bad decisions and fleeting feelings that come with them.
But something has changed, and he doesn't know what it is. It might be the putrid smell of cigarette smoke, or the grating way Jungkook talks too loudly about nothing anyone cares about, or it might be the uncomfortable, hot way he touches Jimin at the least appropriate times.
Jimin doesn't know what it is. But now, he's not sure he's ready for summer to be over just yet.

Summary
Jimin and Jungkook are caught in a spiraling vortex of violence and stifled anger. Of bitterness and vengeance for micro-aggressions.
Neither of them are willing to bend to the other, to change themselves, to be the first to cave. To lose. So, steadfast and stubborn they both remain.
Jimin wants to play a game of chicken. Jungkook knows he doesn't really want to win. And the scent of lilacs is going to kill him.

Summary
Jimin looks just as miserable from where he sits across from Jungkook, although it may have more to do with the fact that he’s woefully underdressed and overwhelmingly out of his league than anything else.
He knows what this all looks like to the dozens of rich onlookers side-eying him curiously and making him more nervous than he already was. Him, sitting awkwardly across from Jungkook in his sleek black suit, who looks like he’s right at home in this type of environment. Jimin looks like a street urchin scooped up off the street by a rich, albeit lonely, chaebol who is looking for company. That kind of company. For all these old men who keep staring at the back of Jimin’s head like it might catch on fire know, he’s just there to eat like a king for a night and in exchange do the walk of shame out of a five star hotel room the next morning.
And he just wanted ice cream.

Summary
Jimin is 5 years old.
On the subway late at night with his father; there’s only a few other people in the car with them, and it’s unusually empty. And sitting right across from tiny Jimin and his dad where he sits holding his father’s big safe hand is Jungkook. In all black. And he’s staring right at Jimin. And Jimin stares right back. And it almost looks as if Jungkook is watching Jimin, almost like he isn’t sure if Jimin is actually seeing him or not?
Because no one should be able to see Jungkook.

Summary
Some times, Castiel wonders how he got here. How he went from being one of the top experts in his field to sleeping in the back seat of a big black car on cold winter nights. How did he end up here, with this man, this green-eyed killer that he loves so much? Some times he wonders, but he never regrets.

Summary
What sort of person would want a partner like a vampire? Actively enjoy the constant threat of getting turned into a significant other's lunch? …well, Misha can't say for anybody else, but since he's included on this list, he's going to guess that, "seriously unbalanced" is one of the big prerequisites.

Summary
Sexual identity crisis aside, Dean's man enough to admit he's in love with Castiel. Has been for years. Which would be fine, really, if he could get past the whole unrequited, unworthy business, because maybe then he could move on with his life, get back to having sex on a semi-regular basis. Aaron's the first person to pique his interest in far, far too long.
Aka the one where Dean's pining for an angel, starting to accept that he maybe wants to fuck men, and he's got Aaron Bass' phone number burning a hole in his wallet.
