Izuku was born with a Quirk that constantly Healed him and stopped him from Ageing. All he wanted to do was be a teacher and help make a brighter future for his students.
Unfortunately, All for One has other plans for his big brother.
Izuku refused to work with his younger brother in his mad conquest to conquer all of Japan. All for One shows his brother the price of refusing him and forces another Quirk on him.
