After an encounter with some old frenemies in which MK finds the legendary Monkey King's staff, he ends up aiding his friend in his quest to not only stop the Demon Bull family, but to save the world from demons who wish to do it harm. Alongside a rather interesting team, consisting of a noodle making pig demon, a human mythology obsessed nerd, the descendant of a dragon, and a giant terrifying inhuman pacifist with a love of cats, the team finds they can manage to successfully hold off threats.
