Percy forms a bond not just with Leto but with her twins Artemis and Apollo, but not all bonds are good.
Apollo doesn't want a soft platonic bond with Percy. He wants to claim and devour him.

He’s shocked to say the least, he can feel his eyebrow shoot all the way up but more concerningly there’s no teasing insult to match. He glances up at Zoro who is up on his elbows peering down at Sanji, as red as a beet, breathing heavily through his teeth with his own surprised expression.
The guys in the ship have showered together on occasion so he knows that this is unusual. He’s seen Zoro’s dick before, no doubt about it.
