“Did you need something?” Kento asks. There’s something akin to guilt radiating off Haibara, but it could just be because he knows he’s causing a disturbance. “Did Gojo-san do something stupid again?”
Haibara laughs and looks around the room. “No, Gojo-senpai is fine. I had fun! Everyone missed you though.”
Kento snorts, fluttering his longest bangs in the process. When they tickle his cheek, he tucks them back behind his ear.
“I doubt that.” It’s not a hard conclusion for him to make, even if two out of three of them actually treat him pretty well. Seniors are meant to look out for their juniors, in some respects. He won’t presume it’s anything more than that.
