In this alternative universe, Ochako Uraraka is chosen as the ninth wielder of One for All. This story will focus on Ochako’s coming of age as Japan’s number one pro hero.
This fanfic will have a different backstory and goal for All for One/ One for All, UA classes that make the students be better heroes, altered Sports Festivals, a different redemption arc for Bakugou, a slow burn rivals to friends to lovers between Bakugou and Uraraka, villain Midoriya, rewritten pro hero and villain characters to make them more morally grey and have more depth, the League of Villains is a found family, evil HPSC, my own oc’s as supporting characters, and a different history of Japan and the world.
Warning: Izuku M and Katsuki B will go through the wringer in this fanfic. If these are your fav characters, it will be an unique uphill reading. But very interesting and worth it if you’re patient.

Summary
When Midoriya Izuku was 4 his quirk finally manifested. The doctor named it psychokinesis, but his friend Bakugou Katsuki called it worthless and weak. For the next 10 years, Izuku would grow up bullied and isolated, convinced his quirk was good for nothing, but still holding onto the distant dream of becoming a hero. Then, when a new student named Uraraka Ochako, who shares his same dream, transfers into his class the last year of jr high, everything changes.

Nabbed as children at only age five, they couldn't know any better. They had grabbed Bakugo specifically for his quirk, and since Deku was always following him around, they assumed he had just as great as a quirk. In turn to Deku being quirkless, they found they were wrong, but thanks to Bakugo's efforts, Midoriya was kept alive. The two of them were then raised up to be murderous assassins and unlike the original canon AU we all know, they grew up to be more like brothers than rivals. No hero found them, helped them, and they can't remember much of anything from their past, leaving them to feel hollow. So...what happens when they meet two heroes named 'EraserHead' and 'All Might' during their attack on UA?

Midoriya rubbed the back of his neck, his smile somewhere between embarrassed and exhausted. “I really am grateful for this alternative you’ve offered me, with the HPSC blocking me from getting a hero license.”
“While I find the commission’s choices regarding your license frustrating, the prospect of having you as a teacher here is quite thrilling!”
“So that means I’m hired…?”
Nezu chuckled, and a dangerous light came into his eyes, the type that signified when he got one of his ideas. “Not only that, but with your past experience as a villain, I’d finally get to implement a program I’ve been considering for some time now!”
Midoriya tilted his head. “Oh?”

Rehabilitated villain Deku is blocked from pursuing his revived dream of being a hero, so he takes the next best option: being a teacher at UA. With a twist. Nezu decides it’s time UA had its own villain rehabilitation program.
