Summary
Dean and Cas have been in a car accident. Cas survived, Dean did not. The Winchesters arrive at the hospital in California and see Cas recovering there, and as the story unfolds, recollections from Sam and Cas are shared—starting in 1999 when Dean abruptly left Kansas to live with his online chatroom friend in Los Angeles. Dean frequently calls Sam with exciting stories about wild parties, his adventures in the desert, and his innumerable dalliances with pretty California girls. However, we learn from Cas’s perspective of the same events that Dean might have left out a few pertinent details. As Sam and Cas converse and Dean’s personal effects are given back to the Winchesters, it becomes clear that Dean and Cas were more than just friends for the past 13 years.
Based on the song “Where The Wild Things Are” by Luke Combs.

Summary
Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak were inseparable friends growing up in the too-small town of Heaven Falls, New York. But that all comes apart when, on the verge of leaving for college, Castiel tells Dean that he's in love with him. Dean doesn't say those three words back, so Castiel leaves, and builds a life as an attorney in Manhattan, where he convinces himself he has all the success and happiness he ever wanted.
Decades later, Castiel's brother dies in a tragic accident, and Castiel finds himself returning to Heaven Falls, and to everything he thought he'd left behind. A chance meeting in a bar leads to Dean making a confession to Castiel - he had always felt the same way, but was just too scared to say it. And an unexpected night with Dean makes Castiel to question whether he should return to to the world he once thought was his dream, or stay in the place that feels like his home

Summary
Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak used to be inseparable. Not just high school best friends, but the kind of soul-deep, ride-or-die connection fueled through their mutual love for music that felt like it could outlast anything. Near the end of their senior year, though, something happened that irrevocably broke them apart.
Ten years later, Dean owns a cozy little record store in downtown Lawrence, Kansas, has a dog he'd die for, and hasn't seen or heard from Cas since graduation. He’s made peace with the silence. Or so he thinks, until a familiar figure moves into the long-vacant house across the street.
Castiel Novak has spent the last ten years flying standby and building a life he can live with. It's not glamorous, but it's stable: quiet nights, early flights, and a cat who doesn’t ask too many questions. When he moves back to his hometown to be closer to family, he’s not expecting the past to be waiting for him at the end of the driveway.
Especially not in the shape of Dean Winchester.

Summary
Breaking up with Apo—or getting dumped by him, whatever technicalities—had been one of the crushing moments of Mile's entire life. It had been fast, it had been terrifying and it had been final. There was no doubt in Mile's mind that he was never going to see Apo again, in this lifetime at least. He'd made his peace with it. Things just happened. He could deal. He'd have to.
Then, twelve years later, Apo hurtles headfirst—literally—back into Mile's life at one of the most crucial points of his career, and Mile finds that he absolutely cannot deal actually.
