TIME is a finicky thing.
To some, time was just another number to keep track of. And while that may be the case for most people, it certainly didn’t apply to all. To that minority of beings, time was endless. Time was as useless as a jar of dirt to them.
And to Agent Stone, time was just a tool to get what he wanted back.
Sonic’s heart thrummed in his chest as his emerald green eyes flickered helplessly around the dark cave. Agent Stone stood defensively in front of the trio, gun pointblank at his forehead. The agent’s thumb trembled as he placed it on the trigger.
Think, Sonic. There’s a heartbroken agent in front of you with a time reversing gun pointed at you and your brothers.
“You…you don’t know what it’s like,” Agent Stone said, his voice trembling. His tongue flicked outside his lips, his dark eyes glazed over, and pupils blew out. Sonic swallowed thickly and slowly raised his hands up.
“Maybe…I don’t know what it’s like,” Sonic started, talking slowly and clearly. “But I never wanted him dead-,”
“Just shut UP!” Stone shouted.
Aka Sonic got sent back in time fifty years ago and finds the Shadow before Maria died and the two fall in a 70’s love story.

Summary
After a tragic accident, Sonic, only 6 years old, was left to wander the wrecked streets of what was once his home. He was found by Dr. Eggman, who took him in. Although Sonic never really viewed him as a father, they were still family in a way.
Growing up, Sonic would often run away from home and cause trouble in the city, giving him a bad reputation and causing G.U.N. to start hunting him down.Shadow was 8 when G.U.N. invaded the ARK and killed everyone involved with Project Shadow. Maria sent him down to Earth before she was killed, and Shadow was taken in soon after, the commander deciding it a waste to kill him in the end. Shadow’s memories of the event were fuzzy, so over time, he eventually gave up trying to remember, instead focusing on his training alongside Rouge.
Shadow has now been tasked with taking Sonic down and bringing him in for containment. Though, it isn’t as simple as he had thought. Sonic’s speed and strength rival his own, and his actions are erratic, unpredictable.
At first, Sonic seems like nothing more than a complete adrenaline junkie. But as Shadow digs deeper, he starts to see there’s more to Sonic than just reckless energy—layers of complexity he hadn’t expected.- Language:

i.. still dont know what to do as a description?????....??chapters may come more slowly lately due to me being in school and all, but this is an on-going project. art (designs, drawn chapter scenes occasionally, etc) and little sneaakk peaakkss for chapters will be put on my socials here and there if i can get around to it! (instagram mostly, for now)

Shadow meets Sonic when he wakes up from his stasis, but Sonic is a G.U.N. experiment and Shadow finds himself infatuated with him. To the point where he finds himself putting his plan of revenge for Maria on hold, unwilling to sacrifice the courageous and daring hedgehog who attempted to protect Shadow even when he himself looked scared out of his mind.
If only there was a way to help Sonic without playing right into G.U.N.'s hands and going back to being their lab rat alongside a collared companion...
Or
Sonic and Shadow both end up as G.U.N. experiments after Shadow's years in stasis. But at least they have each other, right?
