“Leave him alone,” Aizawa says, voice like steel.
The villain chuckles softly, ignoring him. Instead, they tilt their head toward Aizawa, still staring at Midoriya. “Funny thing. He doesn’t make much noise anymore during our meetings. No matter what I try.” He leans closer to Midoriya, lowering his voice conspiratorially. “But he sure was concerned when you didn’t seem to be waking up. You… I can see it already. You’ll scream. And he’ll hate every second of it.”
Midoriya’s breath stutters.
The villain straightens, voice louder now, dripping with cruel delight. “But I’m nothing if not fair. Let’s make it interesting, shall we? Here’s the deal. Every time I decide to have some fun, you, my dear boy, get to choose. Him-” He gestures lazily at Aizawa, whose eyes flash with fury even through exhaustion. “Or you.”
Or, Midoriya and Aizawa are captured by a villain wanting revenge on Aizawa.

Summary
While picking Izuku up from work, Katsuki spots a car suspiciously trailing right behind them. As they try to get away, they end up crashing and falling into a nearby lake. They find themselves trapped in a leaking car at the bottom, while their perpetrator hangs around by the shore, to make sure they had finished their job.
(Happens every Thursday I swear)

She taps her fingers on the steering wheel, leaning her head toward him without taking her eyes off the road. “Oh well, you know, this felt like a special opportunity,”
“What do you mean?” he asks, even though he knows he won’t get a real answer.
“You’ll see.”
Midoriya Hisashi comes back from America, and maybe that's not such a good thing. -

Summary
Intervening in a hold-up has disastrous consequences for Izuku Midoriya when he's unknowingly marked by a villain to be hunted down within the week. But when he's cursed with endless insomnia as well, he has to soldier through exhaustion on top of a looming death threat. However, Izuku can only survive without sleep for so long… and the predator might get to his prey first.
I never finished this but I added the remaining parts in the last chapter.

After the war ends Izuku Midoriya really just expects everything to continue how it was before. Yes, he knows they need to rebuild and yes he knows it won’t be as easy as he wants it to be.
But nothing, nothing could’ve prepared him for this.
who would’ve thought the reward for winning a war wasn’t early retirement and having so much money you don’t know what to do with it but a nightmare of a disease that’s apparently incurable even in a super-powered quirked world.
This definitely wasn’t on Izuku’s 20xx bingo card.
