He spots Henry a second later, and just as the Padawan opens his mouth to greet him like nothing’s happened, he scowls. “What are you doing here?”
Taken aback, Henry slowly looks around the veranda and blinks when he turns back to the man. “Taking a walk?”

Summary
The body has no limbs of flesh. Crude durasteel prostheses gleam in the fluorescent light, wiring exposed. There’s a contraption that clamps around his chest and a transparent breathing mask over his mouth. His face is badly scarred and his head completely bald, but Obi-Wan can see him in the deep-set eyes that stare back at him in horror.
This is Anakin. And Obi-Wan thinks he’s going to be sick.
Obi-Wan goes back for Anakin.

Summary
My own take on the infamous waterfall scene, exploring Elrond's motivations. The first chapter is canon compliant (and explains how Elrond managed to take the rings in the first place), where as the second chapter leaves canon behind in favor of whumpy, hurt/comforty goodness and Galadriel and Elrond actually TALKING!
"Every time Elrond tried to speak to Galadriel about their plans going forward or about the Man who had come with her, the fraudulent king, she brushed him off. The rings ever drew her gaze, cold and stoic, and for the few moments he could hold her attention, it was almost as if she looked through him instead of at him.
His mother had looked at him much the same way."
