One evening, she decides to stop for a bite to eat on the way back from another day in the office, but what started off as a normal interaction quickly turned into a reunion with an old friend.

Pomni loaded the gun and pressed it to the side of her head, glaring at Jax. The only reason she was doing this was to end this stupid fight. She hoped that maybe, if she cut it short here, he would forget about the whole thing and they could go back to being friends, sort of.
Jax’s expression barely budged but Pomni could see the anger still brewing within him. She sighed once more before pulling the trigger.
