The pastel werewolf presses her face into the vampire's pillow and lets out a long whine before answering.
“I DON'T KNOW OR CARE HOW SHE LEARNED IT! ALL I KNOW IS THAT MY ROOMMATE IS COURTING ME!"
“No, Thing. I'm certainly not taking this too far.”
She aims her crossbow at the bear from her perch in the tall pine tree.
“She must learn that I'm still just as threatening as I've always been.”
Basically, Wednesday tries to prove that she's not going soft, but accidently starts courting Enid instead.

“I owe you an apology for my tardiness,” a voice she’d recognize anywhere seemingly announced to the restaurant from the seat across from her, “I got caught up in an emergency and was without my phone.”
She looked up to find her roommate, her best friend, her absolute favourite person sitting across from her with a worried look on her face. She felt her heart swell at the sight. Quickly, she sat up and wiped the tears off of her face, “It’s okay, are you hungry?”

Enid has been waiting for Ajax to show up to their date for multiple hours now, and is ready to give up. Luckily, a certain someone is there to save the day.
I wrote this while AO3 was down because I craved Wenclair. Luckily it came back up just as I was beta reading this fic.
