An extremely smart and stressed Waverly Earp discovers she's virtually tied for class valedictorian with Nicole Haught, the most popular kid in her year who also happens to be her sister's annoyingly hot best friend.
Desperate to finish top of her class and claim the prestigious Gardner grant full scholarship, Waverly concocts a bold plan to exploit Nicole's one glaring weakness - gay panic - and distract her into a lower GPA.

Enjoy lovestruck Kara and socially awkward Lena learning to love each other the way Rao intended. Some angst, but it's negligible, mostly Clark's fault.

Kara feels more than a little nervous about it, the fact that this absolute goddess with silk-soft dark hair and the sharpest jawline she’s ever seen is just three feet away from her. She really hopes there are no other aliens with super-senses in this café to bear witness to how fast her heart is beating right now, but really, it isn’t her fault if this woman, with her crimson red lips and pristinely ironed pencil skirt, makes Kara feel like her brain might just short-circuit.
She’s pretty sure everyone else in the shop must feel the same way.
