    In most universes, Thrawn and Piett are incredibly discreet about their relationship.

    In this one, a paparazzi takes a holo of Piett steadying Thrawn with a hand in the small of his back at an Alderaanian gala. The galactic gossip rags go wild.

    (The catch is, they aren’t actually dating yet.)

     

    or:

    The military museum date… doesn’t go well.

    Not because of anything Piett or Thrawn did… or at least, not because of anything either of them did during the date.

    Instead, a trio of bounty hunters that work for the Hutt council take a shot at Piett roughly twelve minutes in and the assignation devolves into a firefight.

    (They end up getting kicked out of the museum for the battle.)

    The sweetest little giggle Myles had ever heard echoed in his ear, and Myles found himself smiling down at the tyke. “Well ad’ika, I don’t know where your buir’e are but I’m sure they wouldn’t want you to be sitting in the middle of the market.”

    A quick glance around let him know he hadn’t missed any panicked mandos scrambling to find their lost ad, and that pit in his stomach deepened. How could anyone not be missing this adorable little guy?
