Kara is sick and tired of trying to prove the video is fake and Lena didn't help Lillian and Metallo escape and decides to be a bit more hands on. But Luthor's aren't popular in jail and Kara isn't exactly built for intimidation when pretending to be human.

The Luther did narrow her eyes in curious tone. "Hold up.. What were you doing here without anyone supervision?"
Kara looked at her with a sheep smile. "I dropped my pen beofre leaving and I headed back here to tell Jessica to get it but since she wasn't there I decided to help myself.."
Lena smirked, which was something that caught Kara's attention immediately. "Well... What I see here is something we both can help each other out with. "
Kara crossed her arms as she stared at the Luther. "Oh really? And what is that?"
"I can not report you for breaking into my office and potentially tempering with sensitive data on this system and you can just get married to me so I can get this deal sealed." The raven hair woman spilled it out like the both situation were nothing.
"Woah! I am sorry Miss Luther but that is completely blown out of proportion! I just came to get my pen and you have thrown me into a whole marriage." Kara's eyes were widen with shock at what has been proposed to her.

Summary
“People are like gems,” J’onn said to Lena as he held the sleeping blonde five-year-old in his arms. “They have facets to them and some only get exposed to the sunlight.”
After Kara reveals her identity to Lena on the night of the Pulitzer award ceremony, Lena decides to put her plan of hurting Kara into action. Unfortunately, her plan is thrown out the window when a mysterious villain splinters Supergirl’s form into several clones, each one holding a different aspect of the Maiden of Might.
It’s up to Lena and the Superfriends to put the pieces of the Sapphire Heroine back together and maybe, just maybe, Lena could understand her best friend and herself a little bit more.
