In the aftermath of the Third Task and a message from an ally who is interested in negotiating a betrothal between his Heir and Lord Voldemort's own, Voldemort discovers that Harry Potter is his Horcrux and a Parselmouth. The tides of war change and flow in another direction. Lord Voldemort will have his Heir and Horcrux by his side. Any other option is unacceptable.

Summary
Theo Nott comes to Harry with a rather unusual request—to harvest the basilisk that he killed during his second year and use that to help Theo cure a blood curse. Oh, and to feed Theo the heart so that he can become a Parselmouth. Harry decides this is better than feeling sorry for himself because the school thinks he’s a cheater, and begins the first steps on a journey down a radiant pathway with Theo at his side.

If I hadn't already been obsessed with the hand-feeding of a raw basilisk heart, I would have been taken by the care and devotion and well-roundedness of the characters. Absolutely gorgeous. Would read again.

Summary
What I wanted to write was a quick one-shot that explored the idea of Harry being the biological son of Voldemort, only Voldemort doesn't know he has a son and is also as evil as ever. Meanwhile, Harry is just a charismatic kid with a snake and ridiculously powerful magic.
It turned into a series rewrite.
Here's book one, I guess.
Features Harry Potter trying to keep his friends from doing crimes, a tired Remus Lupin spontaneously adopting a traumatized child with absurd magical capabilities, Severus Snape doing the bare minimum which is still somehow more than what Dumbledore is capable of, and Harry's friends' growing exasperation with Harry's terrible decision-making skills.
