Summary
After the deciding to let his friends go three years ago, Peter Parker, has experienced nothing but sorrow. He thought that his friends being safe, and far away from danger would make him happy. But he has only been lonely, overworked and tired. Without the support of people around him it's been hard to keep up mentally and financially. He has been doing all this while being Spiderman still. After a lab accident went wrong Peter started to change... and not in the way he experienced when he became Spiderman. No something very different.

“Whaddaya mean?” Steve says, around a mouthful of pizza.
“To New York.”
There isn’t music playing, but if there were, this is when the record would scratch and everyone would freeze. Steve lowers his slice of pizza and rubs self-consciously at the red sauce at the corner of his mouth.
“Huh?”
“You should come back with me to New York,” Eddie repeats.
“To visit? Or, like… to live there?”
In which Eddie has feelings about Steve's baseball coach khakis, dating long-distance, and what the future holds for their definitely-alive, definitely not doomed-by-canon relationship.
(Basically the Steddie version of the Hollanov cottage conversation, wherein Eddie is Shane and plans their future for an oblivious Steve.)

She’d shown up at a drug dealer's house, unannounced in the middle of the night, months after the place was raided. If she had bothered to text, he would have ignored it like he’d been fucking ignoring her messages for months, or he could have told her to stay the fuck away.
Lexi can’t decide which would have been worse, both options completely undesirable in their own ways. At least she’d grown accustomed to the silent treatment.
