Summary
Once upon a time, or so all fairy tales start except this one, there is a tower right in the middle of the forest that everyone knows the story of. The tale is of a beautiful lady residing on its highest floor, guarded by the witch that locked her up there. Lonely, one would spot her glancing through the sole window of her room. If one is lucky and brave enough to call "let down your long hair" they will be granted a chance to meet her by climbing up using her locks the witch forced her to grow as a ladder.
Many courageous souls reached by her sad tale tried to rescue her, only to never return. Caught by the witch, turned into frogs — everyone assumes. After these documented disappearances, the fear of the witch spread out and so her visitors dwindled and soon, gone over the years.

With this little time left, it seems like his only options are to leave or get married to a citizen of Liyue, but he can't just up and marry a stranger!
At least, that's what he thinks until his clever adeptus lawyer tells him about Liyue's tradition of 'ghost marriages...'
