Summary
Shen Yuan is going to Binghe's place to be coddled by him; he's going to be doted on, taken care of, and "attended to". This ranges from entering, having his coat taken, being fed, having his hair brushed, etc. It's all meant for Binghe to be in the servicing role like he wishes, and for Shen Yuan to be in the receiving role without having to make so many decisions.
Perhaps Shen Yuan is seeking out someone to pamper him, or maybe Binghe put out a call for people to spoil and Shen Yuan passed his high standards. Either way Shen Yuan is either being serviced by Binghe or is the one servicing Binghe in this scene. UP TO YOU. I kept it vague, but Binghe desperately needed someone to coddle and show affection to, and, by some arrangement, it's SY that becomes that someone!
[Rated Teen and Up since this is mildly caretaking/food kink adjacent, but in SY's POV we don't really see that]

“Seems that way.” Liu Qingge acknowledged.
Tianlang Jun leaned a little closer toward him, and Liu Qingge felt his temperature jump out of his usual comfort level.
“I’d say there is an obvious solution here.” Tianlang Jun said with all the confidence of a man about to step off a hidden drop, “You and I should spend the Festive Season together! We’ll make a schedule.”
Liu Qingge didn’t like the way he said 'schedule'.
