It's easy for Ace to piss Sabo off more than Luffy. Like how Ace would easily be pissed off from Luffy, and Luffy being pissed off from both. But Sabo is the most calm and collected of the trio, often making him the arbitrator between Ace and Luffy.
Even if Sabo were to get angry, those feelings quickly dissolve and all is forgiven.
Except this time.
Ace and Luffy broke something extremely precious to Sabo and hid what exactly happened. He would have let them off with mercy if they told him straight away they broke it. But since they decided to hide the fact, it only pissed him off more. Now Ace is hard and tied to a chair and gagged by Sabo's gloves while Luffy is overstimulated and begs his brother to stop. But he doesn't until all the steam dissipates.
