After all, Jalter reasoned, there could be no other reason for those weird sexual fantasies she kept having.
That, or maybe Raikou was right and reading too many doujins did rot one's brain beyond repair.

Summary
Tri-Arame will be a collection of scenes scattered across the timeline from the trio's second year in high school to their adult life together. Most scenes will be written in a one-shot or short arc format insofar as most of the information needed to understand them should be contained within. Thus, there may be some redundant exposition across chapters. It is assumed the reader has seen the Nijigasaki anime, while references to other parts of the franchise will usually be highlighted in the notes.
Scenes will not be posted in chronological order, rather in the order that I write them; as ideas come to me. Thus, chapter order may be shuffled as new ones are added.
Tags will be added as needed.
Overall rating is T, but some individual scenes may only be G and others may occasionally lean a bit heavy on M.Most recent scene posted: Side Story: Queen for a Day? (ch. 17)

There is a red-eyed specter in Vale. It cannot really be called a ghost, as it is perfectly tangible and made of very real metal. It is more like a marionette, obeying the directives of whoever pulls its strings.
But to Winter Schnee, it can only ever be a ghost, because she looks at the malevolent force wearing Penny Polendina’s face and she is more haunted than she has ever been.

Set in the montage in the middle of v7: Neo and Weiss have a chance encounter on the tundras of Solitas. Surprised by a pack of Sabyrs, Neo narrowly avoids death thanks to Weiss's intervention. With her should-be enemy injured and bedridden in her stead, Neo finds herself soon fixated on the idea of paying back the one-sided Debt she believes she owes the ex-Heiress. This certainly, definitely has nothing to do with the fact that Neo really wants to piss Cinder off, nor does it have *anything* to do with Weiss's recent breakup with Neo's favourite blonde "dancing partner" (read: Punching bag). What starts as a little clandestine rendezvous (much to Weiss's shock and surprise, mind you) quickly snowballs into something else entirely when Neo's competitive side rears its head.
