Bakugou wrinkled his nose as if Kirishima had said something to offend him - which, honestly, wouldn’t be that surprising. Bakugou had never been fond of others needing to save him, had never liked admitting to needing help. But Kirishima would always throw himself into danger to keep Bakugou safe. It was what a hero- no, what a good friend, did.
“Bro? Fuck, you really must have hit your head fuckin’ hard,” Bakugou muttered, “I’m getting the doctor.”

Summary
It's no wonder Kirishima doesn't realize he's swapped places with another Kirishima from a parallel universe. Everything about this universe is nearly the same, except for the not-so-insignificant detail of his roommate's behavior. Bakugo is acting far more intimately than before and even gives Kirishima a welcome home kiss! While Kirishima is processing the actions of his long-term crush, Bakugo is quickly realizing this Kirishima is not his Kirishima.
Meanwhile in a parallel universe...
Bakugo is wondering why his long-term crush is being extra touchy-feely after returning from patrol. And who gave Kirishima all of those hickeys!?!

Single and pining Kirishima gets hit with a quirk that temporarily swaps him into a parallel universe where Kirishima and Bakugo are dating. Meanwhile, single and pining Bakugo gets a Kirishima that thinks he's his boyfriends.
