Summary
Life hasn't been normal for Lily ever since she arrived in Inkopolis from twelve thousand years ago, and touched the lives of the New Squidbeak Splatoon and the musical duo Off the Hook. But now that she knows the truth behind her arrival, and has gained some closure on her old life, she has a chance to establish a new life, turn a previous hobby into a career, and experience the world's offerings in the name of preserving what's left of the human era.

The quirkless couldn’t be heroes, they said—useless, unevolved, and fragile. They wouldn’t be able to stop villains—they would just be liabilities to real heroes.
Izuku asked the right person if that was true.

“Can someone like me be a hero? Even without a quirk?”
Justice barked out a laugh, and Izuku’s heart dropped, his eyes stinging and his last flicker of hope shattering, before—“The hell do you mean, punk? What’s a quirk got to do with it?”
She bared her sharp teeth in a fierce grin, something burning behind her gaze that said she knew exactly what he meant.
“You got guts? Passion? Maybe a big ass sword? That’s all you need. And if anyone says anything different, you tell them ‘fuck you,’ and keep going. When the deck’s stacked against you, you light that deck on fire.”
