Two years were a long time not to get over someone, especially when you hadn’t been given an ounce of hope by the other person. Shepard had been a friendly and kind mentor back on the SR1, but there had never even been a hint of something more. Garrus knew this. He wasn’t in the habit of fooling himself otherwise. They were still friends. Good friends. He wanted to keep it that way, to see Shepard as a comrade, as a dependable leader, as a Commander -- but it was proving difficult.

“No you won’t,” Scott sighed, his eyes shifting over to where Lydia and Jackson had taken a seat. “Because her boyfriend is with her.”
“You think I’m scared of Jackson?”
“Terrified,” Scott deadpanned. Stiles’ chair scraped across the ground as he stood up, fists clenching in determination. Scott looked vaguely alarmed, but also disbelieving.

Summary
Stiles was instantly glad he’d left his drink behind, because he probably would have dropped it. There was one guy sitting where there was clearly enough space for three, and though a romantic would have believed that it was the universe’s way of making space for Stiles to sit, Stiles himself knew it was because the rest of occupants of the room probably didn’t want to die. Because the guy was good-looking, definitely, but he was also clearly a few years older and seemingly in a terrible mood, if the way he was glaring at his phone meant anything.

Summary
Spidey hadn’t made it to patrol since getting that text message. As much as Wade valued their time together, he could understand that sometimes, too much Deadpool left a really bad aftertaste in one’s mouth. It had been a perfectly reasonable assumption that the webslinger was doing his own thing on the opposite side of the city, and he’d come crawling back to Wade when he needed a good laugh or a midnight meal, or both.
Wade should have questioned that logic. Three days wasn’t a long time to take a break from someone like Deadpool, but it was a long time to be missing.
There was a small, folded-up square of paper alongside the costume. Wade felt like he was cracking open a fortune cookie, only instead of some vague shit that applied to everyone and no one at the same time, it was two words scribbled in thick sharpie.
‘FIND ME’.

Summary
