What Nanami doesn’t realize is that his annoying, attention-seeking copycat is also his infuriatingly charming boss. And what Gojo doesn’t realize is that his cold, grumpy subordinate is the very monster he’s been worshiping.

Gojo waits, staying quiet and patient like the good boy he can pretend to be, about to start rocking on his heels again. But then Toji takes another breath, puts one hand on his desk, and levels his gaze at him very directly, very sharply, and Gojo feels his heart thump as if stuck in a cage.
“You,” Toji says slowly, and he’s suddenly dropped all formal speech, “want me to sleep with you.”
We can cut a deal, he almost says, or maybe, Yeah, and don’t you want to sleep with me? But all he ends up saying is an honest, “Yes.”

Newly broken up with and nearly numb Gojo, now both boyfriendless and apartmentless, finds his way (or really, convinces his way) into the office and the home of one of Suguru’s former professors.
