Akira’s met with a heavenly sight. Standing before him, arms folded over his chest in a signature impatient fashion, is a perfect replica of an 18-year-old Goro Akechi, dressed in his ancient skintight bodysuit with his pointy beak-like mask obscuring most of his face (Akira’s definitely gonna have to do something to change that). And as Akira runs his eyes along Goro’s body—from his glare down to where numerous belts decorate his thighs—Akira can’t help but be impressed by his memory. He really feels like he traveled back in time and stumbled upon an actual teenage Goro Akechi.
So this is one of those dreams, huh?

When you actually manage to focus on his face, he’s adjusting his glasses, a flush melting over his cheeks, spreading red up his ears. You linger over the dimples at the smiling corners of his mouth, the freckle by his eye, the tiny scars along his jaw. He’s cleaned the lenses of his glasses, you notice, and his eyes seem so bright through them.
His eyes don’t meet yours when you look at them, though. They’re below your eye level. They’re looking— right at you, burning over your body everywhere, moving from your throat down over your chest, your waist, your hips, your thighs, down and back up. You can’t stop yourself from blushing, too.
“Jesus, Adrian, put your eyes back in, you’re being a creep,” Chris says, and you snap back into yourself.
