He’s strong, charming, and a little witty, though his behaviour is still capricious and volatile. Kaeya doesn’t know what to feel about him. He rushes head-on into any battle, challenging Lumine whenever he can, he calculates budget costs with Jean whenever they have free time, he’s an efficient worker.
There’s always a lilt in his voice, as if daring someone to rebut, like wordplay is as a fight to him as polearms and swords. Childe is prone to morbid similes, metaphors, not hiding his want for a fight at nearly any time. It’s curious, sometimes Kaeya tries to get in a word or two, for the sake of seeing his response.
