For example, I used to say to my then toddler when hubby got home from work, 'go and give Daddy a cuddle', so she would hold out her arms and say "Muggle!" Summary: After helping Trixie with her homework, Chloe looks back at how light itself was trying to warn her about Michael's appearance in 5x02. Set post 5x08, just so I could give Deckerstar the chance to share a kiss & cuddle. Then Lucifer took over ;)
A/N: Love them or hate them, there are many lens flares in 5x02. While I understand the movie references to the lens flare, this idea of the very light's themselves reacting and rebelling because Michael was pretending to be Lucifer, refused to leave me alone, even though I know in some of the stories, Michael helped to create the universe (being the Power to Lucifer's Will). I'm not a scientist, so any mistakes are entirely my own & due to my brief internet research.

A/N: This was all supposed to be a Chloe point of view from finding the flask in her desk... angsty with a hopeful ending... Yeah... Lucifer took over and said he was libidinous. For the purposes of this fic, Chloe's police cruiser is, as we say in the UK, a manual car not an automatic. I've read the US stats, but couldn't resist the 'driving stick' pun :)

A/N: Ambiguous is she pregnant or not ending, as I'm not sure if I want a Deckerstar baby or not. I've read some great kid / pregnancy fics on AO3 and I think the Lucifer Writers Room could pull it off, but... Please make your own mind up if this is a scare or a real pregnancy. No birth control is 100% effective.
TW: Case is about a murdered girl, killed by her father for falling pregnant.

Where was he, anyway? He said he’d be here. Had something come up? Was there an emergency? Or wasn’t he interested in coming to begin with? He wouldn’t stand her up, would he? Would he? She knew she shouldn’t have allowed the whole thing to drift all the way to Christmas Eve, for there had always been a tacit understanding (more or less enforced by a few sharp words and a lot of sudden disappearances to Minnesota) that he was not to be disturbed on the 25th of December except on government business.
