He’s his trusty agent and bodyguard, after all, and all of these dusty, boring old bureaucratic meetings are truly insufferable when he doesn’t have anyone to gossip with. He doesn’t care if the whole of the whole of the US military is getting sick of their antics, he will have Stone at his side at all times, whether they like it or not. Even if he has to get creative with it, in order to find a loophole with their inane, petty rules.
