Summary

Summary
Lex regresa a Metrópolis tras recuperarse de una lesión cerebral y retoma su amistad con Bruce Wayne. Superman desconfía de él y su supuesta amnesia. Está más que mortificado por su relación con Bruce, situación emocionalmente complicada, porque ese que una vez fue su archi enemigo ahora es un simple civil, pero verlo como tal no resulta tan sencillo como decirlo.
Clark empieza a observar las interacciones entre Lex y Bruce desde otro punto de vista. Le es imposible no comparar la amistad de ellos dos con la que una vez compartió con Lex. Ve escenarios paralelos con desenlaces totalmente distintos y se cuestiona si él también pudo haber tenido eso, si tan solo hubiera reaccionado de manera diferente.

Summary
At one point, he’d attributed this violent hatred to his messed-up upbringing, the bitterness ingrained in him by Lionel. Over time, though, he understood that it was jealousy he was infested with. At his lowest point, Lex would have easily burnt the world down if it meant he could be in the position of any of those Omegas for even a second.
