Ray stilled, hesitating, before entering the portal, fearing the consequences of the deal Emma had made. Sure, he trusted her, Emma, with a mane of bright orange hair that bounced as she walked, with a smile that shone with force greater than he could comprehend, with a kindness so boundless that she’d even forgiven him. But, she was still naive, dealing with forced outside of anyone’s control. Gods even.
Just then, a familiar voice called, a voice that had been absent for a long time, one that seemed to hold the weight of a thousand worlds. Still young and high yet weighed down by troubles that no child should have ever had to endure. “Ray, come on!”
His legs moved forward, unbound by his mind. Before he had processed the words he had already followed the instructions, completely trusting.

Summary
Basically just a long third person madohomu fic from Homura's pov of one of the time loops, one month, in which Homura starts finally learning to love herself because of Madoka and Homura shows Madoka how to love herself which allows them kind of understand each other's wishes and be able to co-exist and it kind of ties into the bigger themes of the story. But then at the end Madoka ends up dying again and Homura falls into more despair. It's more Homura focused though so I try my best to kind of show her character and progression and kind of how her love for Madoka corrupted her so much. (,,>ヮ<,,)!
Doomed yuri basically TwT (they make me sick)or
Homura wakes up, like she'd done time and time before. She is weak and she is tired. She doesn't care anymore, there is only one thing that matters: **Madoka**.

His entire life from the moment Heperu adopted him was to fulfil that role. There was just no way he would fail, so when they inevitably called his name he didn't bat an eye and walked briskly inside the room.

Aventurine makes it out of the abyss - and into a different world. Things are different here - simpler. There are no Aeons, no intergalactic factions and corporations, no Paths and Blessings. He is not naïve enough to assume that there is no cruelty and discrimination here - for there always is - but for the most part, everything is peaceful.
Here, Aventurine's priorities are getting people's coffee orders right. Fairly straight forward, if you ask him.
Except for the bit where he is surrounded by too many familiar faces, and they remind him of a place he can no longer return to. That's okay. People come and go, and so will they.
Except for the bit where they come and go and come back.
AKA. Aventurine gets dropped into a coffee-shop AU with all the memories from before. He's handling things until he's not handling things. That's okay, because he still has friends (and Dr Ratio) in this world. He just doesn't know it yet.
