Summary
Izuku's bills are past due and he can't find a stable job that will hire male omegas. His shitty cafe job doesn't make rent, let alone pay for heat aid or anxiety medication. So when he finds a job ad for a fact checker for the comic series he loved as a kid, and they don't ask for his secondary sex, he doesn't hesitate to apply to work at Dynamight Group, LLC.
Then the job he thought he was getting was changed: now he's going to be the personal assistant to the CEO. Fine, no big deal. He can handle this.
Until it turns out that the CEO is none other than Bakugo Katsuki, the alpha he bloomed for when he presented. He hasn't seen Kacchan in nearly ten years and one of the first things he does is pin Izuku to the wall.
Maybe he can't handle this.

Izuku groans, as he walks down the hallways during break time, heading towards the teacher's coffee room. He can't blame anyone else but himself for that one. He's been hearing his own voice for the whole day, saying that same sentence over and over, coming from the student's phones.
A video of him scolding a pro hero has become viral; it was during an official event to which Izuku had attended as a fan. A lot of pro heroes went to greet civilians, give a couple of autographs, talk about themselves and what they do for a living, answer to reporters' questions and pose for pics.

Why does Katsuki hate it when people present?
Because people don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.
Sure, he can control himself—but he can’t control a newly presented alpha accidentally letting off the full brunt of their pheromones and scent and borderline sending him into heat.
Which is exactly what Izuku has been doing.
Or; Izuku's secondary gender only presented when he hit twenty, which means he's still learning how much of his scent is acceptable to let out in every day life. Katsuki has a very, very slippery time with it all. -
