Summary
Eight-year-old Clementine's world burned to the ground in a single night.

When outlaw Arthur Morgan finds her half-dead in a ditch, he has half a mind to leave her to die. He's lost too much himself to help a starving and fragile child. Against his better judgement, he decides to take her in. To his surprise, Clementine clings to him as if he is the only light left in a brutal world.
Life on the run is no place for a child, but Clementine proves sharper, braver, and more dangerous than anyone could have guessed. Every shot she fires and every risk she takes pulls her deeper into a life her family never would have wanted for her.
But outlaws aren't the only threat. Ghosts from her past are closing in, along with enemies who see Clementine as Arthur Morgan's greatest weakness. And they'll stop at nothing to use her to destroy him.
