Dick knew that he was very, very far from a perfect person. The amount of trauma he went through ever since a young age wasn't exactly conductive to a well-balanced human being. He, however, liked to think he was a good person. He always put the greater good before his own needs and did his every best every single night to save everyone he could.
But this belief was very quickly rocked by the way his heart started singing the moment he opened the door and found Tim on his doorstep with red eyes, saying:
