Inspired by both Beauty and the Beast and the Legend of Circe, Vex is a cursed monster doomed to heal adventurers but never go on one herself. Percy has crash landed in a new prison and goes from "I hate you" to "I tolerate your presence" to "let's fuck shit up together."
