But as he zipped up his bag and looked at them again, something was off. He couldn't put his finger on it but where Andy usually was calm and confident, now they seemed—nervous?
"Yeah I'll be fine." he assured them. He stood up again, in doing that he could feel that his knee didn't feel fine but it would be alright. He knew it could definitely be worse.
"You just… look really tired." they said hesitantly, their eyes darting over his face.
"I am." he said, pointing out the obvious.
Andy opened and closed their mouth a few times. They then seemed to get frustrated with themself and blurted out, "You can stay over."

When he's gone Ethan turns back to Andy. "You shouldn't be going back alone, it's late and you've been drinking."
"I'll be fine." They insist. They've stopped loading in their stuff and are now stood facing him.

"What do you want me to do then?" They sigh. "If you're insinuating I need to also go by way stone you can fuck off, I don't want a headache."
