That was the day that Ace vowed that the curse he'd been born with wouldn't be passed on. He may have been a child himself but he knew enough about the world already to know that it hated him and his blood and that it would be just cruel to subject anyone else to his sure to be terrible fate. He was six-years-old and he already knew he would die young.
Ace was fifteen-years-old when he presented and once his mind returned all he could do was cry.
