Summary
Vecna was dead, the Upside Down blown up and the world saved. Everything was well. But then they found El in the woods though she had no idea how she had gotten there after she had stayed behind in the wormhole to protect them and then, that dreaded feeling washing down Wills back from his nape returned with dread spreading like mold in his gut. Vecna was gone and so was the Mind Flayer... His connection with the Hive Mind was gone... how was this possible..?
“Is everything okay? You were a bit off today” Wills gaze snapped to Mikes, uncertainty obvious.
“Yeah, it’s fine... It’s nothing...” The tingling was back and he reached up to cover his nape to stave off the goosebumps. Mike immediately clocked the movement and connected the dots because of course he did.
“He’s gone, Will. We defeated him, you have nothing to worry about.” Mike moved off of his bed and sat down next to him on the ground laying an arm around his shoulder, covering his nape with his hand but Wills facial expression made him pause. “He is gone. We were all there, right Will?”
Well, he did promise himself to tell someone...

A rewrite of Wills Coming Out scene (which very much sucked in my opinion) with a more intimate setting and more honesty than canon. Also all that we have been cheated out of thus far. I'm not good at writing summaries... This work was written before Stranger Things s05 Vol. 3 was released!

Summary
After finally arriving in Ithaca and reuniting with his family, Odysseus does not notice at first. Sure, it was weird that most of his old clothes, which he left behind, were missing but he assumed a maid had stored them in the storage halls. Well until those were recovered, he just had to make do with the garments he had still found in his closet, which were a bit big on him. During their first breakfast as a complete family after 20 years of being forced apart though, he finally does notice: His sons garments look suspiciously similar to his old missing clothes!
Telemachus is nervous of his father being home. Of course he feels elated and cannot wait to get to know him but does he even want him as his son? After all, he could not even protect his mother from a handful of suitors while his father managed to end their terror all by himself?

The fic is better than my summary. I didn’t spend any time thinking about how I’m going to word this. :‘ )

Will blinked. “You’ve gotta clue me in here. I don’t know what you’re talking about.” It wasn’t an outright lie. Will only assumed Mike was referring to the painting, but it wasn’t like he could’ve been sure.
“Oh, really? You don’t?” Mike said sardonically. “Fine, then let me ‘clue you in.’” He got up from the couch and shoved something into Will’s lap. “Still don’t know what I’m talking about?”

Until this moment, Mike hadn’t realized that he was falling for Will Byers. He had known he was on the mountain; could see the snow, could feel the ground rumble beneath his feet; but he still hadn’t been expecting it, the avalanche, a furious white blinding all he could see.
