It… it was probably ridiculous. He’d probably say no, the same way he’d gotten weird about it when their mother had pondered the idea of betrothing them when they were younger. Sirius would take one look at him and kick him out of his room; and if he didn’t immediately, once Regulus had made his request he’d do so then instead.
