And then they find you. And you have no idea they can hear you thinking.At first it's just about finding out who you are, why they're hearing you. But then they start to feel you. The way you laugh, the warmth in your thoughts, the moments you imagine things you’d never say aloud. And they listen. They shouldn’t, but they do.
You notice the way they look at you — too intent, too knowing — and instead of pulling back, you let them. You meet their gazes a little too long, you tease, you wonder what they’d do if they knew what you were thinking, too.

Entry was hard to come by, with tickets selling out every night and weeks well in advance. Their VIP was even more exclusive and private, invite-only. Gossip around town is the men who grace the stages of Club N109 are ridiculously attractive, like living fantasies (walking, talking, sex). Bearing it all or next to on stage.

Because Reki’s not enough to provide that kind of a challenge or thrill. He’s only been a milk supply for Langa to feed from to get better, get well again, get into shape again. Now that he is all those things, of course he would leave Reki and reach out for better, more challenging aspects of life. For everything he can have and deserves.
Reki’s ruined himself for him. Created this ache in his body that won’t go away. Has been made into a new, uglier, soiled version of himself to keep Langa close. And it still hadn’t been enough.
So Reki pushed him away before Langa could say it. That he didn’t need Reki anymore. That Adam was so much better than him. That Reki didn’t matter to him anymore.
Or: Reki tries to push Langa away, but fortunately for him, it hardly works out.
