Espresso hid his red face behind his coffee cup. “What are you talking about? That Cookie is dramatic about everything. It is not as if he goes out of his way for me, if that is what you are implying. Now, can we please stop talking about him? It is ruining my morning.”
Latte shook her head and sighed.
“You know, for someone who is so deeply in denial, you’re terribly obvious about it.”
