Summary
Mr. Wayne,” Clark says, a tense smile on his face. His own pheromones are concealed like always but Bruce would put money on him having to wrangle them into submission with an omega in heat so close. “You've brought quite the crowd today.”
“Silly me, I must've left my collar at home,” he sighs, standing up straight in Clark's arms after leaning nearly all of his weight on him. The alpha releases his grip, his fingers hovering over Bruce's arms before they drop down to his sides.
“You never wear a collar, Mr. Wayne,” Clark corrects. He's right of course–Bruce Wayne has never worn an omega collar. It's about as taboo as he can get.
—
OrOmega Bruce Wayne gets mild mannered alpha reporter Clark Kent to be his heat partner. After spending an unplanned heat together, he might be getting more than he bargained for. On top of that, he hasn’t told Clark who he is yet.
Dick just wants him to be happy; Bruce seems to be allergic to letting himself have good things.

Summary
On a stormy night in Gotham, Bruce's parents appear out of thin air, torn from the past. Between their sudden appearance, his children's insistence on meeting them, and having to explain the kind of man he's become, Bruce is not handling it well.
On top of that, there is now a very real possibility that he'll have to come out to his parents. Bruce never imagined he'd ever get the chance—especially not in his mid-thirties—and now that he does, he's terrified.
"What happened?" he asks, smoothing a bandage over Bruce's stitches with careful, practiced movements. His hands are heavy. Warm. "What made you choose this?"
And Bruce is—he's tired, and he's hurting, rubbed raw with simmering grief and overwhelm. His father stands over him, close enough to touch, caring for him in ways Bruce has only ever dreamt of for the past twenty-five years.
Bruce sighs, quiet and aching and worn. "You died," he confesses. He'd never really been able to lie to his father.
