The world is ruled by 4 sovereign nations, the U.S., Russia, China and Japan. The U.S. is ruled by king John Winchester, and Russia is ruled by Czar Castiel Novak.
All sovereign leaders are required to be alphas as, that status makes them the strongest and, therefore most fit to rule their nations.
King John had always hoped to have an alpha son to carry on his family's bloodline as rulers of the U.S. however his only child was Dean, who while exhibiting typical alpha traits and characteristics, shocked everyone when on his 18th, he presented as an omega. John is furious and sells his only son off to an omega auction house to be bid on and bought for a rich alpha. Summary
After his shift was over, Dean just wanted to go home and relax. Instead, a shortcut through the warehouse district and a woman’s screams, had Dean running to help- and witnessing a murder. Not waiting for the killer to shoot him too, Dean sprinted into the first building he could reach for safety, only to find himself drugged and tied to a chair, by none other than the Angel of Port Grace, philanthropist Castiel Novak.
Castiel wasn’t sure what it meant that he knew that he needed Dean almost as soon as he met him; he only knew that he was grateful that it wasn’t Dean who had killed his employee, since Castiel honestly didn’t think he could seek justice if it meant harming the man.
Soon, a relationship begins that has Castiel discovering that he can trust Dean with his heart, and Dean realizing he is worthy of keeping it.

Summary

Summary
A gentle cry of babbling noises pulled the two apart, and both the hunter and the angel looked at each other in confusion.
“What was that?” Cas frowned. There it was again, and Dean felt his heart drop to his stomach. He knows that sound. God, that noise used to pull him out of his own bed even when he was only four years old.
“A baby,” Dean dropped his gaze to the ground, looking around for any sign of human life among the flourishing vegetation.
“Over here, Dean,” Cas called from a few paces off to Dean’s left. The hunter tread carefully, making sure not to startle the returning quiet.
For there, nestled under a bushel of pink zinnia flowers and wrapped up in a soft yellow blanket, was a newborn child. The black-haired baby was clothed with a pretty white and blue floral dress, and Dean peered down as curious green eyes stared back at him.
