Summary
** A continuation of the story started in 'An Apple a Day', you will need to read first to understand some context**
Having returned to the Hazbin Hotel Charlie must deal with the aftermath of the events of the previous few days, including her slowly recovering magic, Heaven's new attitude now redemption has been proven to work, Lute's threats for revenge and the lingering tension between them both on top of it all. Not to mention her wayward hotelier who's doing his absolute best to avoid her - honestly, she'd be a whole lot less stressed if he'd just talk to her, but no, he always has to do things the hard way.
This was all because of that chain she'd seen around his neck!
She wants to help him, she always wants to help everyone, but Alastor tells himself he doesn't need it - doesn't want it! He'd made a mistake, a slight miscalculation, and let the princess get too close. But no more. From now on he'd focus on his goal, as he should have been from the start.
(A pity his heart doesn't quite agree!)

What if one of those times Charlie denies the allegations just a tad too hard for Alastor's pride?
“Nononono, absolutely not.” His attention laser focuses on Charlie as she laughs, shyly tucking her hair behind her ear, “Alastor and I? Dating? That’s crazy! Ummm, I mean, we’re just business partners and like you said, he’s the Radio Demon, it would never work between us. He doesn't feel that way about anyone, let alone me.”
After all, he's always enjoyed proving people wrong.

Summary

It's been two years since the Pinkertons caught up with the Van der Linde gang. Alone and purposeless, Arthur must reconcile with finding a new life after recovering from his illness.
Charlotte Balfour has learned to survive on her own. But after defending her home from drunk Murfree Brood intruders, Charlotte finds herself in need of help again from an old friend and finds herself thinking less and less of Cal.

Slow burn romance. Arthur settles down but finds that his life as a retired outlaw is not as tame as he thought while he deals with old enemies, new roles and the struggle to be a good man. As the years pass, Arthur will run into old friends (giving us those scenes we all wanted to see in the game) and old enemies.
An on-going work. New chapter every few weeks.
Current update (as of 01/03/2022) is in the works right now.Also, this is more of a long-haul story. Romance is pretty PG-13 and the mature rating is for themes of infertility, violence and rape, etc.

Summary
Infinity is a concept beyond the comprehension of most mortal minds. A number so large it can’t be counted. An expanse so vast it can’t be filled. But there are bigger infinities and smaller infinities. There are an infinite number of universes. There are an infinity number of outcomes for every situation. Ahead of us lie more infinite possibilities. Fewer than the infinity of a few seconds ago. Larger than the infinity a few seconds from now. One could never see them all. And sometimes, outside of the most likely, one of those rarer infinite possibilities happens. It seems the one we are on now is not one I foresaw. But we're past the point of no return. Lets see how this one plays out, shall we?
