White doesn’t hit the overhead lights, walking over to the bedside to turn on the table lamp instead: a warm, dim glow. Freddy leans back against the door, watching him. White’s taking his time unbuttoning his shirt, hanging it up. Freddy’s open-mouthed in anticipation. Without looking at Freddy, White asks, "Now what the fuck are you doing here, Mr. Orange?"
It's like missing a step and falling. Freddy's body braces for impact.
