Izuku sniffles, a choked up laugh bubbles up out of his chest he’s so ecstatic. “Kacchan likes me.”
Kacchan rolls his eyes. “Yeah, dumbass. And apparently you like me too, despite all our shit.”
“I like you because of our shit.”
Kacchan tsks, then throws the tissue away. He pumps the hand sanitizer with one hand, clearly struggling with only having one functional hand. “You’re fucking crazy.”
Izuku wouldn't have it any other way.

The end of the war is hard on Izuku, what with losing OFA, going through PT, and coming to terms with his quirklessness.

Behind him, Kacchan lets out a sleepy groan and curls infinitesimally closer to him beneath the fully unzipped sleeping bag, pulling him into his chest. The movement makes Izuku’s heart stutter and paints a bright flush on his cheeks for two reasons.
One, he feels safe—cherished, even—in Kacchan’s arms.

“Aren’t you guys wet?” Tsuyu asked. Himiko flashed her fangs in a smirk, swiping her tongue over the fake blood dripping from her lips.
“Heh, that’s what she said. Yeah we are, Tsu, and it’s great!”
“Shush!” Ochako nudged her girlfriend. “It’s okay, Tsu, it dries really quick. See?” She peeled a flake of dried fake blood from her neck and popped it into her mouth. Tsuyu side-eyed her friend through the mirror. “What?” Ochako responded defensively. “It’s just chocolate! Don’t look at me like that, I’m hungry! It tastes good!”
“If you say so, Ochako.” Tsuyu glanced at Himiko, who had come up behind her and was staring thoughtfully at her through the mirror.
“What is it, Himiko?”
“Hmm…you’re very cute, Tsu-chan! I love seeing you in my clothes, it’s adorable! I just feel like your look needs a little more oomph, ya know? You’re playing victim to two lesbian vampire wives, you should have a little blood on you too!”
OR
Tsu, Ochako, and Himiko run a room at a haunted house in college.

Izuku smiles back at Katsuki, admiring the look of quiet happiness there. Although Katsuki mostly utilizes his face for various expressions of irritation or battlelust, Izuku finds gentle contentment suits the blond just as well. “Of course, Kacchan. Anything for you.”
