Summary
Izuku Midoriya couldn’t remember much before his fifth birthday. The only memories were having a best friend, a Father who loved him, and a Mother who always played heroes and villains with him.
After his diagnoses, everything in his life changed for the worse. His best friend turned on him, his Father had left them, and his Mother was working longer hours to support them.
It wasn't until Inko Midoriya was complaining to her fellow coworker about her son's treatment at school that an opportunity of a lifetime would be presented to them.

Inko Midoriya pulls six-year-old Izuku Midoriya out of Aldera after the Yaoyorozu Family finds out what Izuku is going through. Instead, they offer Izuku the chance to learn beside Momo Yaoyorozu with their private tutor and training instructors. When Izuku ends up saving a stranger from a group of men years later, he catches the eye of a certain hero, and is offered a opportunity of a lifetime. Not everything goes according to plan when he summons Smokescreen instead of the Strength Stockpile he was supposed to get.

He let out a deep hum, a purr more vicious than that of a lion. There, where Izuku Midoriya died, the black cat let his soul unravel, unfettered from the weakness that poisoned him moments before. Darkness enraptured the lifeless body and the slumbering lion, the emerald flames around them extinguishing in an instant. Then the darkness imploded in on itself, the corpse and the cat disappearing in a blink of an eye as the emerald flames swallowed the lair whole.

Summary
The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku instead finds himself catching the attention the #9 Pro Hero.
But things are not as they appear as Ryukyu seems to have peculiar interest in him as well as a complex history with his father, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But that might be the least of Izuku's worries as a dangerous new player appears on the scene, one who is disregarding all the unspoken rules between heroes and villains and is bent on spreading as much terror as possible.
But soon enough the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence.
Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowly worming their way into Izuku's heart, each one representing one of the five major alignments of good, evil, neutral, lawful, and chaos.

He also has regenerative cells in his body that can heal just about any wound no matter how major. Now combine this with One for All's raw power and you get the perfect mix of offense and defense.
Izuku has his sights set on the title of number one hero, and with his immense power and intellect, nothing is going to stop him from achieving his goal—not even an unexpected relationship with two of his classmates and the weird blood-drinking childhood friend of his!

This idea was a product of writers block while writing The Yakuza Isn't That Bad. It takes some queues from other dragon Izuku fics.
