Izuku Midoriya may be quirkless, but he isn't stupid. He knows he can't be a hero- not right now. Not with power being so focussed on quirks. So he plans. He may not be able to be a hero, but UA also has a damn good support course. One that pairs you to design for their hero students. It's everything he could hope for; a ready made connection to the hero industry, professional advice on his designs, top quality supplies, and access to already licensed Pros. He just has to survive middle school and Katsuki Bakugo.
A quirkless Izuku story with a focus on his intelligence, based on a desire to give Mei some classmates.
