It was a phrase that Viktor had heard tossed around Piltover in casual conversation. It always made him wrinkle his nose or roll his eyes.
The idea of living long enough to enjoy a retirement, or even having enough time not working or scrapping for your survival what not something you were afforded in Zaun. You worked, you drank, you slept, and the cycle continued until you died.
